MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ THE EMAIL SENT FROM LACOE ABOUT THE SITE’S UPCOMING ASSESSMENT.
First, review the site’s Assessment Timeline to become comfortable with the expectations and timeline requirements.
Next, complete the Classroom Information Questionnaire.
The last task is to complete the Staff Roster Form by downloading the form and submitting it using the email on the form. Be sure to add all teaching staff names, Registry IDs, and highest level of education/permits. Encourage all staff to create a Workforce Registry Profile if they have not yet done so.
Once these are submitted, LACOE will email to schedule a Virtual Meeting to review Classroom Observation Elements and select dates for the CLASS Observation(s). Look for an email from LACOE regarding scheduling a virtual meeting with an Assessment TA to review the Elements of the QCC Adapted Rating Matrix for 2022-2023.
