Young children have a lot to learn about the world and every interaction helps them better understand their place in it. As an early learning provider, you are present during critical moments when children are making new friendships and making sense of differences and similarities between people. These experiences are opportunities to teach diversity in the classroom, provide active and thoughtful engagement, and guide children so they can flourish in the diverse world we live in.
